Hey Gang-
When I purchased VDMX back in 2012 I received the 3 installs, I have a new system again (not too weird considering it's been 5 years) and I need to reset my Installs.
I have a gig coming up and I've sent 2 emails to support@vidvox.net with all my purchase details etc over the last 7-10 days...
No reply.
What's going on? I would've thought I'd have an answer by now.
I'm extremely hesitant to use unlicensed software, and would like to sort this out.
Support where are you?
