Hi everybody,
just thought I'd share this with you guys. I've built an ISF-effect like memo.tv's msa_quadmask but with 12 squares instead of 1. every square's corners can be positioned individually as well as its opacity.
I needed an effect like this because I wanted to mask a whole bunch of single panels which were all projected on by a single projector (of course....). One thing I wanted to do was controlling every panel's opacity individually which is the reason why I didn't create a mask from a png-file. I could have done it differently but every approach that I tried consumed too much cpu. This one is pure cpu-candy (it doesn't consume a recognizable amount of cpu at all).
This is my first ISF-effect so please be gentle. The code is kept in a way that it should be more than easy to add or remove squares. After adding it to your library it appears under 'Masking'.
Best regards
Andy
